1st boil the tadka dal with 2 cups water, salt.. Cover & Cook 10 min white medium heat. When dal gets softer then set aside.
Take another pot boil the chicken with 2 cups water,salt ,1 tsp black pepper powder,3 cardamom and 3 clove, 1 tsp vinegar When chicken gets ready then set aside.
Now marinate the boiled chicken with 50 gm curd and other spice(1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp coriander powder,1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder, salt..)Mix well and set aside for 1 hour..
Heat 2 tbsp oil & 1 cube butter in a pan. Add 50 gm onion and stir till colour changes
Now add 12 garlic clove, & 1 tbsp ginger stir for 3 minutes with medium heat
Now add boiled marinated chicken and Stir continuously with medium heat.. For 5 min
Now Add boiled tadka dal &½ cup green peas with coriander leaf, tomatoes and spice(1 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch, 1 tsp dry mango powder 1 tsp coriander powder, 4 green chilli ) & salt & chicken stock,. Stir occasionally.. Cover & Cook 10 min with medium heat
After a minute chicken tadka is ready
Garnish with onion and coriender. Serve hot
